Shipping Policy



We aim to dispatch your order as fast as humanly possible from Monday-Friday, within 24 hours of receipt of order.  At time factors outside of our control make it impossible for us to adhere to the above processing times but we will always try our very best.

We use Australia Post. Your product is dispatched from Hervey Bay, Qld

On all order over $150 orders dispatched Express post which although a next day service, there are certain locations in Australia that this is not possible. Delays are also likely delays around public or other holidays.   Postage is outside our control and we will do our utmost to help track the item if it has taken longer than expected.

Orders received exceeding $99 (but less than $150) will qualify for FREE Standard Postage services.  This will usually take 2-5 days for most areas (except WA which can take 10-14 days)

Vape TRIBEZ ships internationally to select countries via Australia Post, Pack and Track International. Shipping prices vary for each international destination. If your country is not listed on our site, please email us for more details on

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so look out for an email defining your tracking number.

We take due care to ensure your parcel reaches you in the condition it was packed. We will not be held responsible for mishandling of a parcel under the care of a third party including Australia Post. This includes transit damage or missing parcels.


Please choose carefully due to hygiene reasons and the consumable nature of vaping products Vape TRIBEZ does not offer change of mind refunds or exchanges.

We do however offer refunds or exchanges if the product is not as described or faulty.

Vape TRIBEZ will refund or replace the item where:

  • The product is faulty due to manufacturers fault 

  • The product does not match the sample or our description;

  • and you can present your receipt as proof of purchase


  •   If you receive an item which has manufacturing defects or is not as described, you must make a request to return the item to our store within 14 days of its purchase from us.
  • If you receive your order and it has items missing or have found an item that is dead on arrival you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.

  • The item/s must be returned to Vape TRIBEZ where Vape TRIBEZ will assess all warranty claims to ensure that items are not damaged due to user error. If there are any signs of user damage due to dropping or misuse, this will void the warranty and the product will not be replaced. We perform these checks as the manufacturer will not replace faulty items due to user error.

  • Batteries & Chargers Batteries and battery chargers have a DOA period of 10 days. Should they fail within this time frame we will gladly replace the faulty item.

You must return the goods to us with the original order number via recorded delivery. You have a duty to take reasonable care of any goods whilst they are in your possession.

Vape TRIBEZ may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem.

Vape TRIBEZ reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Refunds will be issued via your original payment method

Vape TRIBEZ will not accept the return of items from the following categories under any circumstances.


  • E-Liquid (EG: PG/VG/ E-JUICE/ DIY ADDITIVES): Cannot be returned at all, so please ensure that you buy the correct one as we won’t replace or exchange E-liquid once it has been sent out, due to the fact that we cannot ascertain if it has been doctored / tampered with. If you find your shipment was damaged, has missing or faulty products, and wish to replace these damaged parts, or have any other related queries with an order please don’t hesitate to contact us via Vape, or the Contact Us page on the website using your order number as the subject / reference.

  • Atomisers, Cartomisers, Clearomisers and Drip Tips: These items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded because of hygiene reasons, and due to the nature of some devices used, we will replace atomisers that are dead on arrival but only if contacted straight away (within 48 hours of receipt of delivery), we cannot & will not replace these items on the basis you had not used it but have had it in your possession for a while so please check these items on receipt of delivery.

  • Gift cards: Gift cards are non refundable


Vape TRIBEZ  reserves the right to:

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing an exchange or refund. This may result in an exchange, manufacturers repair or refund being refused.

Please note:

  • Your receipt is the best form of proof of purchase

  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method

  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash

How to return a product ordered:

Vape TRIBEZ does not accept responsibility for returned parcels lost in transit. We strongly suggest that customers use a trackable delivery method.

Please remember to include:

A copy of your Tax Invoice Receipt
A completed Returns Form  (This form will be issued to you when you request for an item to be returned).
