Shirley's Fruit Cake
375g Mixed Fruit
400ml Black Tim Hortons Coffee
1 tbsp Brandy
1 cup Self-raising Flour
¼ cup Chopped Walnuts

Overnight, soak mixed fruit in coffee and brandy. In the morning, add flour and walnuts.

Bake at 120 degrees Celsius.
